For Hall bookings and Holyport Scout Hut bookings use the online calendar. If you want to hire our new smaller room (ideal for meetings or small-group activities) at the back of the main hall, contact our bookings clerk  on:  bookings@holyportcommunitytrust.org or phone (01628) 200 500 and leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that a minimum of 7 days is needed to book either the Hall or the Scout Hut.
